does your computer get to bios or just stay on a black screen? you may have a power supply issue

if ur pc isnt even getting to bios its either

    motherboard
    cpu
    ram
    power supply

does ur comp have one of those shitty speakers, does it beep when u turn comp on?

I would say it is a virus that has some how a program or download has put a virus into your hard drive, have you attempted to start on a different hard drive?

p.s, people who might question me...its ok I'm a forkarift driver
